How Do I Apply For Permenant Driving License On Sarathi.Parivahan.Gov.In?

Sarathi Parivahan Sewa is the portal where you have to visit for applying for a driving license online. but before doing that you will have to make a nice bunch of documents which will be required for the permanent driving licence in India.
