First of all, you have to visit this government site which is made for vehicle-related works.
Just search for PARIVAHAN.GOV.IN
2. Click On Drivers/Learning License Box
As soon as you open the parivahan site, you will see some sections containing different kinds of boxes.
See the first-ever section, and click on the first box named Drivers/Learning License.

4. Sarathi Website Will Be Opened
Now you will see that the official sarathi website will open. this website is made for all driving license-related works.

5. Click On Fee Payments To Pay The International Driving License Fees Online In Pune
Once you visit the sarathi parivahan sewa, there is a lot to explore. But for now, you just need to click on the fee payment button.

Once confirming the fee structure, you need to scroll the page a little, and simply solve the captcha code.
And then, you must select the payment gateway. Unfortunately, here you will get not many options. So simply select the SBIePAY option.
Don’t worry, this option is safe.
And after solving the CAPTCHA CODE and selecting the PAYMENT GATEWAY, you must click on the PAY NOW button in order to safely initiate the payment process.
If you are wishing to pay right now, you can start the process later by clicking on the button named PAY LATER- (at the exact right side of the PAY NOW button).
10. Click On Proceed To Payment Button.
On the next page, you will be able to see your Payment Transaction ID. now simply do agree to the terms and conditions by checking the small box there.
And finally, click on the PROCEED FOR PAYMENT button.
11. Do Not Refresh Or Press Back Button
As soon as you click on the PROCEED TO PAYMENT button, you must wait until the system will redirect you to the payment gateway.
While this process is taking place, do not try to press the back button. Or don’t even refresh the page.
Otherwise, it can result in a payment failure.
If it is taking a bit extra time, wait for it.
12. Enter Your Card Details.
Now to pay the International Driving License Fees Online you will have to enter your debit or credit card details in the respective boxes.
Enter your Card Number, CVV, Expiry Date, And Your Name On Card.
Now simply click on the PAY NOW button.
13. Enter The OTP
Of course, this step is necessary! you will need to enter OTP which you will get on your mobile number.
